Warranty Coverage
WRAP warrants that all BolaWrap Law Enforcement Products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the date of receipt.
BolaWrap Devices: Covered for one (1) year from date of receipt.
WRAP-Manufactured Accessories: Covered for one (1) year from date of delivery.
Non-WRAP Accessories: Covered only under the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Expended Cassettes: Deemed to have operated properly and are not eligible for replacement.
If local laws require a longer warranty period, those laws will apply.
Conditions for Warranty
This limited warranty applies only if the product:
Has been properly stored and maintained.
Has been used according to WRAP and agency instructions.
Has not been subjected to misuse, intentional damage, or negligence.
WRAP’s sole responsibility under this warranty is, at its discretion, to:
Repair or replace the product with the same or similar model, or
Issue a pro-rated purchase price credit.
Exclusions and Limitations
Replacement products are new or like-new and will carry the remaining warranty period of the original item, or 90 days from replacement, whichever is longer.
WRAP is not responsible for:
Punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages.
Lost profits, loss of time, or incidental damages.
Any claims made by third parties.
Total WRAP liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions may not apply in all cases.
Release of Liability
By using the BolaWrap product, the user agrees to:
Release WRAP from any and all damages or claims resulting from improper use or failure to follow training and operational instructions.
Assume all risks and liability for damages, injuries, or losses related to deployment, use, or misuse of the product or its accessories.
Acknowledge WRAP is not responsible for third-party claims or for product performance beyond its intended use.
Warranty Claims
Before returning any product, contact WRAP for warranty claim instructions.
Do not return any product without advance authorization.
